Misleading sales

On the 26 March 2022 I took out a contract from MTN I was given a Samsung S22+ and was told that I will receive earpods after completing a form. I did everything and received a reference number. I been trying to contact Samsung ever since they put me on hold until I cut the call 20min later I also sent numerous emails that weren't responded to. I have just read few reviews and most people are complaining about the same thing. Samsung is responding the same way to everyone and its so disappointing for such a big brand.
