Lazy lazy lazy!

I bought an LED note 4 Cover, and fpr some reason I misplaced the slip, I went back a week later and the guy who claimed he was the manager said he wouldn't look it up on his system, and I must go find my slip. What arrogance, nice to see this is the quality of service I get. <br> The cover is falling apart, please get back to me and fix this.
