****ing bad

Samsung send me a email that said I have won samsung buds last year i still do have the email and just after a day they send me another email that says " Oops you did not won" i have been trying for the the last 5 moths to get my gift from them i have all the proof and everything. Im a samsung user. And that email was was sent from Samsung.I just want my gift that i have won The are ****ing bad and now the just apologized and said sorry. But im not going to leave it like that. I wish i can add screenshots
