Impressive customer service

I purchased an expensive fridge from the Samsung store. The fridge was dented on delivery. I queried with Graham who promptly rep**** and assured me a new fridge would be delivered. A week later a new fridge was delivered. It was scractched. I informed Graham of the problem and he assured me he would sort it out. Low and behold a new fridge was delivered a week later and it was perfect. I love the fridge and appreciate the help and speed in sorting out a very unfortunate situation. Even though I was inconvenienced immensely (my new born baby came at the same time) the problem was sorted out as best as possible I think.
