I was sold a damaged tv and accused of dropping it

I Phenye Lawrence Kutumela of 185 MAUNDE STREET ATTERIDGEVILLE 0008 would like to lodge a complaint against Samsung New World Store in Menlyn Park in Pretoria. I purchased a new TV set Samsung UHD 65 inch curved TV to the value of R29 999 cash on the 29th of October 2015. It took the store over 2 to 3 hours before the sale was finalised as they had to fetch the tv from another store within the mall with a trolley which I did not appreciate as I was not informed prior to receiving the tv set. No security checks were done to show all goods were in good working order at the exit of the shop so both parties can be satisfied. The shop offered two general workers to load the set in my bakkie. I arrived an hour after leaving the store to my destination in Pretoria West. Four people including myself offloaded the tv set and put it the tv room. After taking the tv set out of the box we noticed a crack in the screen at the middle top right corner. I was shocked and disgruntled as I waited so long for this tv had spent almost all my pension money and received a damaged good from such a big store.
