How to Lose a Loyal Customer

Hi

After having been with samsung for the past 11years, I will call it quits.

Unless Samsung South Africa can replace my Samsung Galaxy S6 I am not interested in staying on as a client.

I have been a loyal customer ever since I purchased my first Samsung D600 and have never been disapointed, up until this year after purchasing a Galaxy S6.

Having bought my S6 in September and having to wait till October for delivery, my excitement was short lived as months later the phone just died. I booked it in for repair as I was informed that the 'Motherboard Overheated'. When I received my phone back I noticed little "air bubbles" on my screen but paid little mind to it.

In July 2016 my camera just went blurry and I decided to book it in for repairs again, also to have the screen replaced.

I received my phone back 3 days later; this time my screen was bulged and lifted and my homekey button and fingerprint sensor was faulty. I took it back to TTS the following day and they "repaired" it again. When I received it back 3 days later, the screen was still lose and bulged and my button still faulty.

I contacted Samsung South Africa only to be informed that I need to book the phone in again at TTS. The phone is now back with TTS in Port Elizabeth and I am yet to receive some feedback.

So Samsung, If you really value your customers as much as you claim and if you are as confident in your products and after sales service you say, replace my device with one that actually lasts longer then 8 months.

regards,

Ex-Loyal Customer
