How long does it take to fix a screen?

I have booked my phone in for repairs at Samsung the Grove on the 23rd of December, and I still haven't gotten it back!! It was a simple cracked screen of a Galaxy S7. I have contacted ********** , spoken to most of the managers of Samsung the Grove and even to the so called CEO!! Even this did not help! When will the phone be fixed? When do I recieve a new phone? It has been almost 7 months!! This is Samsung South Africa. How is this acceptable?
