Horrible cellphones

My husband and I are loyal Samsung clients and swear by Samsung. Our phones and tablets have always been Samsung and all my appliances in my house are Samsung - TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer etc... Thank you Samsung for the wonderful experience we have had this far and being your customers. <br> However, having said this......<br> As we have always been loyal Samsung customers, it was only natural for us to choose the Samsung S4 cell phone when we were due for our cell phone upgrades. What a terrible disappointment this has been for both of us. Batteries swell and need to be replaced, the phones keep freezing, the phones keep restarting for no apparent reason and lets not even mention the shocking battery life of the phones. I am due for an upgrade now soon and unfortunately I am going to have to resort to a competitive cell phone brand (My husband has already bought the competitive brand cash as he has become too frustrated with the faulty Samsung S4). He will probably choose the competitive brand as well for his upgrade. We have spent an exorbitant amount of money on Samsung over the years, and I am really terribly disappointed by the shocking Samsung S4.
