Great Customer Service

We went into the store to have an apparent easy problem sorted out. The problem seemed easy at first, but changed to being quite complicated. Unfortunately I cannot remember the sales person's name who assisted us, but he was just so very helpful, never gave up trying to sort the problem out, which he in the end managed to do. He was being fantastic! We left after the store had officially closed.
