Fobbed off

On 19-12-2015 I purchased and had fitted a tempered glass screen protector for a SAMSUNG S6 Edge. However within 14 days, the glass protector started to crack. When I contacted and showed the store manager the flawed item, I was rather rudely informed, that: a. all items sold and fitted by the store carry a 7 (seven) day warranty only
