False Advertising and general bad service

I went to the Samsung Menlyn Park store yesterday evening to purchase a new Samsung Galaxy A3. On one of the display counters was a lable stating the Samsung Galaxy A3 White was available at R4499.90. I requested this phone and was informed only the black is available at this price and that the White phone is R4999.00. I requested the sales consultant to phone the manager(I think is Janeque Pillay) as I informed him that this is false advertising. She refused to speak with me to try and resolve the issue.
