Expected more from Samsung

I have had a horrific experience with the Samsung store that is in Morningside Rivonia. I have never received service this appalling from a respected brand! <br> <br> I sent my phone into the Samsung store at the Wedge for a simple screen repair. They said it would take 3 days to fix, after 2 weeks of begging them to fix my screen.
