Excellent Customer Service

Last Saturday I walked into Samsung Experience Store - Canal Walk & where I was met by an agent named Kenou who gave me the most WOW brilliant, Excellent customer service I have not seen in a long time & he made me laugh. That is half the job done. He's knowledge, on the phones was excellent & it made it easy for me to choose a phone. He went the extra mile & made sure I could pick up my device at another store as they did not have stock. He's all-round performance earns him a big Thank You from me. Thank You Kenou.
