Disappointed

So disappointed with Samsung Tygervalley. Up until now its been months and they ha ent resilved our query. We bought an aircon dor our lounge and reported that jts not giving off warm air and the installer came a number of times and could not fix it. Nkw they are no longer coming back to us, after being a reliable customer buying all our kitchen furniture at Samsung I must say i am very disappointed and will never do business with them agaim. We are still freezing yet we paid fkr the aircon, so much for the guarantee.
