Disappointed

<p>I took my phone to Samsung Mall of Africa on the 1st of September for network problems. I didn't have feedback or anything no communication at all about the progress of the phone. I phone on the 12th and i was told by Thabiso that the main board was out of stock and was ordered from overseas (what a bull**** story) and that he will make a plan to fix the phone and will phone me back offwhich he never did. Phoned again on the 13th spoke to someone else who told me the phones were delivered he will check to make sure all is in order he also never did, phone again the 14th spoke to Thabiso again who was rude and spoke to me as if i was his child and told me that he is the only technichian in the shop and he will make a plan. I don't appreciate that and to date he hasn't phone me aswell. i am so ****ed off with this guy he was very arrogant. I want my phone fixed today and it must be delivered to me. i don't even want to talk to him.</p>
