After much tribulation with the issues with my S4, I would like to thank Nina Bushkin for being patient with this issue and trying to make me understand the problems associated with my phone because being partially blind Im struggling to keep up with the constant changes in technology. Nina was patient and explained everything to me in detail and went over and above to ensure that my issue is sorted out, Nina indicated that my phone will be delivered tomorrow and I will personally test if everything is in working order.
