My personal advice and experience - don't ever buy anything from this company - they do not honor their guarantee at all. Why - I purchased a samsung tablet the beginning of Dec 2022 only to be taken back a week later as there was no connection to Bluetooth - few weeks at technical dept. Problem "fixed" back again with same problem - this has been going on until no May 2023 no less than 5 times - I have asked for my money back as I have had absolutely no use of this tablet since I purchased it in Dec - but no every time they keep saying it's now fixed - ZERO Customer care. SO DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM GALAXY #nogalaxy #galaxybedservice #galaxynocustomercare
