Circles of incompetence and false advertising

When they tell you you need to wait 12 days to get your advertised discount because of their returns policy, don't believe them. They will send you in circles between departments until you report them to the ARB for false advertising. Get your "reference number" ??? but it's not in the process - please be very careful in believing what is marketed as discounts on their online store.
