Breach of contract and false advertising

Sheer incompetence of the global brand Samsung has indicated they have no idea when/if they will be releasing their flagship note o 512gb phone in S.A. ONLY despite having advertised pre order deals with the phone and suddenly removing it. What happens to those of us expecting a value pack for waiting for this phone????? Should we wait and the phone doesn't come who gives us the gifts? Should we not wait and purchase the lower end note9, and find out that Samsung wants to release the 512gb phone, what happens to the one in my possession??? Can I return a phone on contract that Samsung advised I should wait for the 512gb? And if I don't wait I lose out on the incentive? Guaranteeing the value pack with the note 9 512gb and subsequently removing the deal constitutes breach of contract and false advertising. Samsung is directly responsible for what they advertise and promote and promise to deliver. Also noted that if I purchase the phone internationally, I won t have a warranty in S.A. This is BULL**** SORT THIS OUT NOW!
