Bad service , goods not delivered and lack of communication

We bought a Samsung fridge on Sunday from a Samsung store in Clearwater mall, delivery was promised to be on Thursday and there were a lot of deliveries due to Black Friday sale. On Thursday there was no communication from Samsung as to why there was no delivery on the day, on Friday afternoon there was still no communication therefore I phoned the store myself, I spoke to a lady whose name I do not recall, she indicated that they did not have the address hence there was no delivery, I gave her the address and delivery was promised for Saturday, a couple of minutes later a guy by the name of Najith, who was the sales man, phoned my partner to tell him that they didn't have the address to deliver and my partner gave him the address again( this was the third time, first on date of purchase, then I gave it to the lady, and my partner to Najith), Saturday morning I phoned Najith to confirm delivery and he assured me that delivery was scheduled for Saturday.

Come Monday morning my partner receives a call from Najith that they did not have the address hence no delivery, we have given Samsung our address three times and we still have not received our fridge. this is unacceptable from a brand like Samsung
