Bad service as always

What a bad bad service I even regret I did I signed up for this nonsense… I signed up for a TV promotion through Vodacom my router was delivered including the voucher that I had redeemed through you. You sent me an email starting that my ID copy is not acceptable because I took a picture you require a copy of ID I sent my copy of ID same day till today no body came back to me I called your ****en call centre I’ve been sent from pillar to post from 8am till 4 pm I called you *** no body answered that phone from 8am till 5pm so now my question is who is supposed to help me here because I am super confused am not happy with your service yeses so annoyed to the core. I was told Ison experiences is the one that supposed to assist where am I going to find this people if they are not answering their phone
