BAD, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE

I called Samsung in Clearwater Mall to ask if they can assist me if my phone is still under warranty the lady that answered the phone (Cecilia is her name) was so unprofessional and rude. She did not listen to me she answered me in such a impolite manner. She shouldn't be working in the frontline store or even answering the phones if she is not fully trained she has no phone etiquette or know how to treat customers. The store will loose a lot of customers because of her ill mannered ways. I am disgusted I am the customer after all. They should train their staff on TCF values...treating customers fairly. She was complaining before she even dropped the call so I could hear her in the background
