Bad experience at Pavillion Samsung store

Very bad experience, I have purchased sasmsung s22 ultra at Pavillion store, and to claim for my buds pro, but it only come with buds live, I have requested from the store staff, more than a month now, still nothing is happening, and the staff is not helpful at all. Very Nad services
