Bad customer experience

I experienced a bad services at the grove mall I ordered a battery and took in a phone for repairs and when I came after a month only to find out that the battery is not ordered,the guy who was supposed to order the battery didn't even care that he was supposed to order a battery you samsung don't take us seriously. I am not the first one to complain about bad service at that store fix your customer service it's bad.
