Avoid Samsung Brand Stores

Samsung sucks!!!!!!!!!!! Samsung has not responded to any of the complaints on HeloPeter. Still they atract business????? I bought a new Sansung S23 for R30 000 4 months ago. Sound is now 50% of what it used to be. I went back to Ballito Samsung Brand Store where I bought this device. I am informed that I have to take it to the workshop in Umhlanga as the store in Ballito does not take in defective products even if it is under warranty. My advise is to avoid Samsung Brand Stores like the plague and rather buy from stores where one recieves back up as Game, Makro or Vodacom
