Appauling servive

<p>Good Day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted with Samsung's service delivery.I took my cellphone in to the Kolonnade branch and was told that the matter with my device will be sorted out in 14days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting and counting.And with no communication.I phone the number I the slip I received with the job number on it and they linger their pathetic service.The Samsung store in at Kolonade is just as helpless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never come across this below the radar deliverance of service.</p> <p>I will never purchase a Samsung appliance.Ever again</p>
