all that samsung glitters is NOT gold!

<p>I bought a promotional Samsung 55'' UHD curved TV with a J355 for R20 000,00 on the 20th September 2016. As they did not have stock, they told me on the 21st September that they were going to order from head office therefore i must expect delivery on 26 September 2016. 26 September came and wen, nothing happened. 27 came and went again nothing happened, not even a call and its me who kept calling asking for progress. 28 came once more and there was no TV delivered. I then wrote a cancellation letter and delivered it to samsung mall of africa. the regional manager told me a refund will take 7 working days! Whats apparaent is that the shop is involved in false advertising, selling goods which it does not have, ********* business practice and gross unprofessionalism. And to think that they call themselves a "flagship" retail store! A ****a shop will do a better job to deliver the goods! i will never enter samsung shops again.</p>
