A70 blurry pictures

I had purchased the recently release A70 , due to recommendations of a telkom staff member , the specs of the phone is phenomenal but to my disappointment the camera does not function properly . The quality is poor and my images are blurry as well as 2 spots present in my camera screen when taking pictures in the evening these spots are a part of my pictures . A bubble seems to appear in side the camera lens .Telkom refuses to do anything or even assist me although its within 7 days . This is so disappointing purchasing a new phone and stuck with something that doesn't work properly . My old s5 takes better pictures than this .
