3 and half weeks wait for cell phone repair

This is my business phone and I have been waiting for over 3 and a half weeks for my screen to be replaced. I get no follow up call from the SAMSUNG AGENT, I have to keep phoning to find out when my phone will be finished. I am constantly told they do not have parts and they are waiting for parts from SAMSUNG. how CAN SAMSUNG BE OUT OF STOCK FOR SO LONG.<br> and how come we don't get sms feedback or a courtesy call or something.
