Very very poor services

I ordered a set of bags from Samsonite SA online 2 weeks bag with the intention of using them today as am travelling. On Monday I got a message that my order had been completed which meant they had delivered but I hadn't received anything. I then called them on Tuesday and the lady I talked to said they failed to deliver that day but will definitely deliver end of day Tuesday but by Friday I still hadn't received my bags. So I then called again yesterday was given the same statement that my order will be delivered by end of day yesterday but today is Saturday had to go and buy elsewhere so that I can pack am very upset and disappointed in this company. Why the lies, their service is very very poor.
