Samsonite = Exceptional

Samsonite really went out of their way to assist me with a problem I had with my Samsonite case. They promised to investigate solutions as it was a discontinued one and they tried to source the parts. The staff was all very helpful and they came back to me without me needing to follow up.

They have resolved my problem. The service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend the brand to anyone looking for a great case.
