Return my Samsonite Suitcase URGENTLY

The Samsonite Luggage Shop at The William Shopping Centre in Bryanston have had my brand new suitcase since 1 January 2016. Small Zip has to be repaired.<br> The lady I dealt with her name is Yolande.<br> I have phone the shop umpteen times and been many times.<br> They continuously tell me the zip has not been fixed yet and they are waiting for the case to come back.<br> This is unacceptable.<br> PLEASE URGENTLY ASSISTS ME IN GETTING BACK MY EXPENSIVE SUITCASE!!!!
