return my bag!!!

<p> </p> <p>on May 12 I took my bag to Samsonite Sandton City for a quote on the handle. I was told the bag would be taken into the repair centre, a week later I was still waiting to hear how much it would cost. on May 23 I was finally told the charge would be R1350 which I decided against and asked for my bag to be returned. After several calls to the store I still don't have my bag and all I'm getting is excuse after excuse.<br />Last week Friday I received a text message saying my bag would be back at the weekend, I phoned the store to check if it was there and surprise surprise I was told it's not back yet. the guy I spoke to said he would call me back but I'm not counting on it because I've heard that line before.</p> <p><br />I don't know whether I'm being punished because I decided not to go ahead with the repairs. 39 days and counting you've had my bag....</p>
