Inferior Quality of Work

I contacted Samson from Samson Instant Lawn after seeing WhatsApp statuses of the “neat” job he does. I wanted a quote on paving for a +_ 20m2 area. After liasing with Samson on WhatsApp he said he will complete the job in 2 days. Work started on the 15 Aug 2024. Work was “completed” the same day. 18 Aug 2024 I requested Samson to come out again to check level of the paving, recut some of the paving bricks around the drain and add bricks to where he quoted for. After numerous back and forth and excuses via WhatsApp to date. Samson has not rectified the poor workmanship. He has since blocked my calls. I have proof of conversations, quote and pictures to substantiate my allegations.
