Cat Breeder - You Pay and NO CATS!

I purchased two kittens from a breeder in Port Elizabeth, called Sams Exotic Cats. (You can google his webpage). The total was R9040.00. The cats were due to be flown up on Tuesday 24th Feb 2015. His travel company, Pet Air - Pets Travel Agency, phoned to say they were too young so had to be transported in a special container. (according to their vet.) R6750.00 which included a vaccine. The cats apparently did not respond well to the vaccine so had to stay another day and be flown up on the Wednesday morning flight. A foreign sounding (State) Vet called to say they had to be insured, another R5000.00. This was emailed to me from Euroline International. Having paid the first two amounts, I tried calling the breeder Sam - phone number not available. I tried calling the travel agency - phone number not available. I emailed Euroline after having spoken to the State Vets, as they said that non of this was required...... NO reply!!! This is a **** and has cost me R15790.00 Beware of these people selling pets.
