The worse towtruck company

This company is taking your money first before they come out to tow your vehicle, even if you are not using them. When you call them to tow your vehicle they want the full payment. Even if you cansell immediately. Because maybe you got your vehicle started to drive, and they never sent a towtruck to you, they don't refund your money. Not even a percentage. My experience was just that. The driver was not even called to tow the vehicle but still no refund.
