Sampson Construction rogue

This is the worst construction company to deal with. The owner D. Sampson came and gave myself a qoute for building a double garage and a granny flat below. He stated the job in October 2022 and is yet to complete it, 2 snd a half years later. He promised to use SABS stuff and was to hand over the building with keys in January 2023. Everything he did i had to overlook and fo twice. He has been ducking and avoiding all my call. I unfortunately made the mistake of paying him in full as he came in January 2023 and told me he needed the balance of the money to complete the work. He is unreliable and promises you alot but fails to deliver. Totally useless
