Short term loan companies

Hello there's a short term loan company called Samke. Now what I would like to know is that are they allowed to send people to your work place to harass you, or even when you see them on weekends out they come to you and demand their money, if you are struggling to pay them back.

Does that law apply with NCR application? That a short term loan company should you fail to pay back they will come to you and demand their money.
