Shocking service from SAMI

I assisted Zimbabwe citizens to apply for extension of work permits. The cost was R3000 per person. This company issues letters and assured all in order. No feedback or response when we follow up. Now the employees were arrested as their docs not in order. Yet zero response from SAMI.
