Relative Visa for my cousin

Got SAMI to help with my cousin’s visa, he’s from DRC and we weren’t too sure how to go about it at first. The team actually made things a lot clearer and walked us through the process step by step. Took a bit longer than we expected, mostly cause of delays with home affairs, but SAMI kept things moving where they could. Had a few small mix ups along the way but they were quick to sort things out once we flagged it. Overall pretty happy with how it went not perfect, but def helped take a lot of the stress out the whole thing
