https://www.sami.co.za/ IS A **** , PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

This company is a **** , they took my money and did not provide any service , I've been behind them for the last 7 months for my refund . They told me Tamara is in charge of the refund, she asked me to send a refund form and that they needed 24 days to investigate my case, the 24 days passed and i didn't heard from her , she stopped answering my emails , phone calls goes on voicemail , every time i go to their office ,Tamara is on leave , I mean how many leave days does she have ? even the owner Maxwell , told me once not to worry he will take care of it , HE DID NOT , and every time i go to meet him he is supposedly in a meeting , ****my company with ****my behaviour . Please people , stop using this company unless you got money to burn , i wish i was told before .
