Dishonest will run with your money and drag you along

I hired them for services in Mar 2024, the so-called lawyer (which I never verified her lawyer status as she was a direct referral from a friend) she would disappear so many times, ignore may calls, and pop up with excuses, saying one thing by emails and another by phone. Her name is *** She took my money but never got me what I was promised and paid for, at all, and it was until over 7 months later BUT, THEN I needed an extension by the time she forced me to have to leave the country of SA already once to get a re-entry stamp. Then, got a date for late August, then she got ghost again until the appointment past and she wasnt answering not taking my calls about my instructions for that appointment. Yet she demanded mostly upfront money BTW, please stay away from her she is not professional at least not with she. She did not get it done as she claimed WITH ASSURITY. She didnt follow up as promised, she disappeared RECENTLY again from emails, her phone and even, declined my calls after that it was clear to me she was dodging me, she was to tell me the status which she got my passport copy and said she'd get back to me, but again, started declining my calls knowing there was a time limit to retrieve the application submitted. It's really so much I can't type it all. This company Sami immigration didn't do this in timely manner, was unprofessional for the most part and cost me way more money in the end. Her disappearing for awhile right after pay, smh. This is sad, it caused me to need to leave the country again, as she would tell me an appointment date was booked, then become unreachable, I ultimately decided to move back to the US, because I definitely wasnt about to put my child's visa through the same process. A total waste of thousands upon thousands. Sadly, I wanted to believe her as she convinced me to go with her over another immigration company, only to suffer in the end as the process went way to long with the disappearances. I also eventually found out the real prices of a few charges she gave me, it was 5xs higher, which is a shame. Unfortunately, she saw an American, not a human being I feel. I'm very disappointed and spoke on it to her many times, while reaching out to no avail. Honestly I don't feel she should be doing this SERVICE TO ANYONE, especially for fellow African Americans who get charged WAY MORE. I also asked her not to continue these ways as I'd be forced to try and protect others from her, and definitely no referrals from me. This is long but trust me, this is short compared to the length of time it took to actually get it filed and all the shenanigans months and months when she had All the paperwork given as asked to her, and she had only to send the docs to her South office and pay the fees. My theory is she spent the money upfront and I waited until she had it again. As it only was a few things that was a separate charge. So, having all the Mula upfront is a problem.
