BAD SERVICE FROM SAMELTAN

I ordered and paid for a tombstone for my mum in September 2019..when they guys came to assemble the tombstone the quality and workmanship was very very bad to the extent that Gavin from Sameltan even apologized and said he will re-do it..nothing has happened since and I have in the meantime contacted the owner who promised to refund my money which he has not done. He makes empty promises..Do not use these people for tombstones they are *******s
