Same Day Appliance Repair - Terrible service & bad faith

Terrible service - initially confirmed that the call-out was R200.00 and that I would then receive a quotation. After that, I could confirm whether or not I wanted to proceed. They then confirmed that the fix would cost me R280.00. I confirmed that they can go ahead. After that, they changed the price of the fix to R2800.00 and advised that the inspection is R280.00. Thus not providing me with an accurate quotation or the correct information with regards to the call-out only being R200.00 if I wasn't happy to proceed.
