DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY they are not Legit.

My Machine stopped working yesterday and I googled a repair company and Appliance Repair Expert(Same Day service popped up with 25Yrs experience. They came out yesterday. They first said the Motor was gone I said how much to replace it he said R950 I said do you have the part and it is a certified Defy Part he said yes I said go ahead then a few minutes later he Said the PC board has also gone to repair would be R550 a new one would be R1200 I said if you repair how long would it last he said up to 5 years so I said go ahead, then he told me the have to take it back to their premises to work on it to remove the PC board i said fine. they will bring it back by 17h00 Yesterday which they did not when I phoned they said it will be coming back today after 13h00 I contacted a gentleman called Michael he then said the PC board had gone and the could not fix it they had to replace it and it was R1350. I said return my machine I am not prepared to pay that amount. HE said they had already put in the part so we must pay before they return the Machine. Firstly he did not phone me and explain this and ask my permission to go ahead I said remove the parts and put my parts back and return my machine he then said he cannot remove the parts I need to pay i obviously refused then he said you can pay it off I said are you joking just return my machine he then said I must pay a call out fee which was initially R150 and Labour of R450 which I was prepared to pay to get my machine back then he said also there is an extra R950 I said for what and he could not answer this has continued Michael said ok Pay e-wallet of R650 and then they will bring the machine back I obviously said No once you bring the machine back I will pay you cash and you will give me a receipt. I asked to speak to his manager or the owner he said he is out I said what is the managers name he said he will let me know when he is back? really then I knew this company is not legit I am waiting for the Manager to get back and phone me but I do not think that is going to happen so I presume I am not going to get my Washing Machine back. Please do NOT EVER use this company. If by the end of today I do not receive a call I will have to Lay a charge of theft.
