Dishonest contractor

We contacted Sean to repair our dishwasher. He arrived 2 hrs after saying he would. He claimed he needed to replace certain parts. He then claimed a reset was required and the machine had to remain off for 2 hours. He would not accept an eft payment and we had to drive to an ATM to pay him an amounts of R3200. After switching on the machine after 2 hrs the same error still displayed. We phoned him to return and honour the claimed 12 month warranty he declared after the so called repair. Needless to say, it is now 6 days later and after numerous promises to return he has not arrived yet.
