A bunch of ******

Phoned the company and asked if they could come out too look at my refrigerator and what the call-out fee would be. The call-out fee was R200 and they said they would be at my place 17:30. 18:00 I phoned them as they still haven't arrived and asked if they still coming out. They said they are very busy and will only be able to be here around around 7pm. They only arrived 21:40. After receiving a quote of 2200 I told him that the fridge was still under warranty and that I would rather just take it back. They were very rude and arrogant and told me the fridge is not under the under warranty anymore. When I told him I have the slips and it is still and that I won't be accepting the quote they added a checking fee for R500 on top of the call-out fee. After refusing to pay that amount I was threatened I would lose 10 times more if I didn't! The website clearly states that if you do not accept the quote only the call-out fee will apply Which was also confirmed in the discussion I had with them earlier that day. After phoning the police they said to only pay the R200 rand because they are in a hurry I need to go. Before leaving the technician threaten me again. I'd think 10 times before phoning this company for any type of service they are a bunch of ******.
