Not trustworthy

Commissioned a 'custom' memorial for my husband from Samcro Memorials, Boksburg in February 2020 as they advertise themselves as a family business, leading one to believe that they also subscribe to family values. Paid the requested 70% deposit and supp**** a picture with instructions for them to create an exact replica of the stone. Imagine my surprise and utter dismay to note, post lockdown, that they have taken it upon themselves to erect a stone that is not an exact replica of what was commissioned. And then, instead of fixing their mistake, this company has the audacity to inform me that, if I do not make the final payment, they will remove the wrong memorial they have installed and withhold my deposit. Be careful who you entrust with honouring your loved ones final resting place as, once you have made payment, the sheep may suddenly change into a wolf.
