Unprofessional business conduct. (Theft)

An urgent order was placed for a pump, the sales rep assured us it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 days if we deposited the money, which we promptly did. After waiting a few days we repaired the existing pump and contact the supplier to cancel and refund the monies. they refunded the money less a handling fee of R1200. When we contacted them on this issue they informed us it was in the quote, which has no mention of such a clause. The pump was never delivered to the client so why the handling fee? When we phone the manager he was rude and unhelpful. I would recommend that you would not do business with these people, there are better suppliers out there that can deliver on there promises and not steel your money in the process.
