Cancel membership

<p>I sent Samba an email in April requesting to cancel membership as I have moved, but in November they sent me a statement again and added a yearly fee. I will not pay this. I sent another email in November and they rep**** that someone will contact me, but still no one has contacted me and now they have added interest to that amount. Can someone please sort this out? </p>
